AGED OOLONG TEA
Aged Oolong, a masterpiece crafted from the exquisite Qing Xin tea cultivar grown on the Moc Chau plateau, undergoes a decade-long tea aging journey. Harvested in autumn, the tea is semi-fermented and undergoes five roasting and drying cycles, transforming the leaves from yellow to deep black.
Over ten years, it has become more profound and has developed rich displays of aromas, featuring light woody and herbal notes complemented by minerals and hints of ripe fruit. When brewed, it delivers a full-bodied, indulgent taste with a sweet aftertaste, evoking warmth and tranquility like a peaceful autumn afternoon, inviting you to pause, reflect, and immerse yourself in the calm.
